You're a masterful recruiter who has hired a broad range of talented people, including for sales and engineering roles. You have a large network of great candidates that you can reach out to. You're detail-oriented and focused on process so you can ensure that candidates don't fall through the cracks.
You will be successful in this role if you:
As Constructor.io's first full-time, in-house recruiter, you'll be sourcing candidates, guiding them through the interview process, negotiating offers, and closing them. You'll work losely with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities. You'll help us a create an efficient interview and hiring process that treats every candidate with respect and gets to a yes/no decision as quickly as possible.
